1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through Calendly.
Payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe.
All bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure you can attend before confirming your booking.

2. Attendance & Behaviour
Please arrive on time. Classes begin promptly, and late entry may not be permitted.
Respectful behaviour towards tutors, classmates, and the venue is expected at all times.
Brooksby Acting Lab reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or unsafe behaviour without refund.

3. Health & Safety
No nuts or nut-based products are permitted due to allergies.
Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for movement.
You are responsible for informing the tutor of any relevant health conditions before taking part.

4. Venue Use
Classes take place at our hired rehearsal space in Carshalton, London.
Please treat the space with care:
Keep it tidy.
Return any furniture/equipment to its place after use.
Fire exits must remain clear at all times.
Food and drink may only be consumed in designated areas.

5. Liability
Brooksby Acting Lab and the venue cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
All participants take part at their own risk. Brooksby Acting Lab is not liable for injury unless caused by negligence.

6. Media & Promotion
Photos and/or short video clips may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes (social media, website, or marketing).
If you do not wish to appear in photos/videos, please let us know before the session.

7. Cancellations by Brooksby Acting Lab
If we need to cancel a class, you will be offered either a transfer to another session or a full refund.
